Milton Precision Planters are proudly made in Wyoming by Starco Manufacturing, Inc. Since 1973, Starco has built high-quality precision planters for small-seeded crops. Our production facility—located in Casper, Wyoming—manufactures and assembles Milton Precision Planters on site, and we sell and distribute our planters through a network of dealers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Our employees design and build high-quality products, and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer assistance.
